Christopher Lyons is a music producer and audio engineer out of Ogden, UT with decades of experience playing several different instruments as well as self-producing multiple projects throughout the rock/metal/post hardcore genre. He is the founder/owner of Lyonsmayne Studios founded in 2024, a recording studio working with artists such as, One More Generic Hero, Monsters Scare You!, Covendetta, Eventide, and with solo artists like, Drevan and Jiminez. With the band Covendetta he toured the country as well as played the Vans Warped Tour Festival 2009-11, playing guitar and singing. With his current project Eventide. He plays 4 instruments and provides the lead vocals for the band. Proficient in guitar (25+ years), bass (25+ years), piano (10+ years), drums( 32+ years), and vocals (both singing and screaming). He is an asset to any project that he is working on, knowing the genre(s) inside and out.

 

Graduating from the Los Angeles Film School he has excelled in proficiency with multiple DAWs including Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, and Ableton Live, a flurry of plugins to include, Melodyne, Antares Auto Tune, Kontact, as well as many others. With a full home studio that includes multiple guitars, basses, pianos, microphones, MIDI controllers, and electronic drums. Capable of mixing/mastering, producing, writing, and collaborating on any project, he is an asset to any project. Making music is easy and at times effortless. He will bring ease to your project and make you feel like it’s the best work you have ever created. With aspirations of one day starting his very own label, he prides himself on finding diamonds in the rough that he can help polish into the artists they truly are. Ambitious as ever and with an ever-fueled thirst to never stop learning, he stays relevant on the music he produces and is constantly looking for the next artist to work with the help make their music shine!
